Do I have to switch everything at once?
No. Our standard transition is a 30-day parallel run where your current MSP remains responsible while our team shadows. Most DFW mid-market transitions take 45 to 60 days and result in zero downtime.
What happens to my current MSP contract?
We work within whatever notice period your contract requires and coordinate the handoff directly. You never have to choose between honoring your contract and improving your IT. We handle both.
