GXA Achieves ISO 9001:2015 Recertification for Second Time
Upon completion of an extensive quality system evaluation, GXA finally achieved the ISO 9001:2015 recertification on the 6th of January, 2022 for the 2nd time. Back in 2017, GXA decided that pursuing the ISO 9001:2015 certification was a fundamental step towards continuous IT service delivery improvements.
This globally recognized certification of quality management system standards is in full alignment with GXA’s commitment to delivering best-in-class IT and Security services to our clients while using our resources to empower the next generation through philanthropy. In a rapidly changing IT and Security landscape, achieving and maintaining this certification ensures that GXA will continue to provide the highest-quality standards in IT service delivery that meet or surpass our clients’ expectations.
ISO 9001:2015 certification is voluntary and compliance must be verified through an independent agency on a regular basis. A yearly audit will continue to be conducted to maintain GXA’s certification status, and more extensive audits will be completed during each renewal period every 3 years.
