Upon completion of an extensive quality system evaluation, GXA finally achieved the ISO 9001:2015 certification on the 10th of January, 2019.
This globally recognized certification of quality management system standards is in full alignment with GXA’s commitment to delivering best-in-class IT and Security services to our clients while using our resources to empower the next generation through philanthropy.
Back in 2017, GXA decided that pursuing the ISO 9001:2015 certification was a fundamental step towards continuous IT service delivery improvements. In a rapidly changing IT and Security landscape, achieving and maintaining this certification ensures that GXA will continue to provide the highest-quality standards in IT service delivery that meet or surpass our clients’ expectations.
ISO 9001:2015 certification is voluntary and compliance must be verified through an independent agency on a regular basis. A yearly audit will be conducted to maintain GXA’s certification status, and a more extensive audit will be completed once every three years for certification renewal.
